Vote Republican. Bring on the pearl clutchers.
I’m voting Republican, because I love that what that George Bush has done for us these last 8 years.
I’m voting Republican, because I believe that global warming is a mass conspiracy thought up by suicidal polar bears, they drown themselves you know.
I’m voting Republican, because I think it’s okay to kill innocent children as long as they come from Iraq . Not if they’re still an egg though, gotta draw the line somewhere.
I’m voting Republican, because I care about fiscal conservatism when it involves keeping money from the poor people, oops, “lazy people” you know that’s why they’re poor. They don’t really want to work. We only lost 35,000 jobs this month. If they looked hard enough they’d find a job.
I’m voting Republican, because I wanted Bush to increase our national debt from 4 trillion to 9 trillion in 8 years, where do you think my tax breaks came from.
I’m voting Republican, because I believe that if I keep 500 guns in my house it will prevent terrorist from traveling 5000 miles to come hurt me.
I’m voting Republican, because I believe that invading a sovereign nations who have done nothing wrong is mandatory to stop the spread of terrorism. It makes people around the world love and respect us.
I’m voting Republican, because John McCain is going to tell the lobbyist he’s taking back Washington . As soon as they are done running his campaign.
I’m voting Republican, because I love my freedoms, like religion in all the schools and my right to get a petition and speak freely in a free speech zone. Aren’t you happy George gave us that one?
I’m voting Republican, because I think Habeas Corpus is the name of a Muslim extremest. Yeah, I heard we got him. He is D-E-A-D!
I’m voting Republican, because I love to be watched over all the time it makes me feel so safe! George even reads my e-mails first for me. I heard they can have a virus, well I’m not getting sick.
I’m voting Republican, because I just don’t think gas going from $1.47 to $3.99 in 4 years is high enough.
I’m voting Republican, because when the bank took my house they forgot to take my neighbor’s and he’s a Democrat.
I’m voting Republican, because Sarah Palin is gonna teach abstinence in all the schools she’ll bring her daughter in for show and tell.
I’m voting Republican, because I really believe the Oil Companies are only profiting 4% not the 50% increase for the share holders revinue that’s been reported by the “Liberal Media”.
I’m voting Republican, because my Bible tells me so.
I’m voting Republican, because I think waterboarding sounds like fun. I didn’t realize we treated our POW’s to a day out on a boat. See, isn’t the U.S. nice.
I’m voting Republican, because you’re not a patriot if you don’t.
Makes you wonder why anyone would vote Democrat now, doesn’t it?

MSNBC Lost Without a Leader? Olbermann and Matthews the New Hope?
Whether you’re a GOP or progressive, liberal or conservative, the blogosphere is a hype with postings about MSNBC’s coverage of the DNC. It seems everyone’s blogging their opinion out on waves, the Internet ocean of information. I’d like to think I still know how to be objective. However, we are all morally superior in our own minds then reality allows. Yet, I too feel I must throw my hat in this ring. I’d like to applaud my liberal base for being objective BUT some of the liberal blogs have been as harsh and unrelenting as their conservative counterparts. Objectivity seemingly won the day on this account. Or is this the case, are these newscasters, Olbermann and Matthews, just telling it like it is? Are we being too harsh? Because one speaks truth, Matthews said referring to Cheney Wednesday night, I don’t have enough evidence to start this war; get some’ - I bet that’s a call that’s been made to the CIA,” Doesn't the evidence point to this conclusion? What's wrong with someone saying it?
Now this begs the question, “When the roles are reversed does this same objectivity apply?” When Bill “O” goes off on his rants(Malmedy)or Rush Limbaugh spews bias comentary on the airways, (like his "phony soldiers" or "Operation Chaos"), are the conservatives just as objective? When Fox Noise puts another coin in the conservative bucket does their party, “the republican base,” call them on it? The simple answer is, NO. The hits, attacks and pure hatred from the neocon base spew across the airways at a steady unrelenting pace and it’s been happening for so long now we hardly even notice. Much less even try and rebut or critique it. This is the ultimate double standard. As you might have guessed I’m no friend of Fox, Hannity, or Bill Oreilly, but I do see where they have their place in society. This country with it’s diverse heritage, opinions, and views, is a free nation with enough room for all these talking heads to coexist.
Maybe the time has come for a “liberal alternative,” something that can combat the neocon propaganda machine, Fox News. For years now during election time the right hits hard and utilizes it’s control of the corporate media to attack the other side. As Olbermann and Matthews say throwing “red meat” out to excite the conservative base and fire them up. After having a few days to reflect on the coverage by MSNBC maybe it’s a good thing we have a voice now, a few talking heads of our own, who can throw back a little of that “red meat.” For far too long we’ve had “no voice,” or “representatives,” on our side of this debate. Aren’t they saying a few things you’d love to say? Are they not going far enough? If you had a platform to express your frustration over the past 8 years what would say? How would you emphasize your frustration?
So, is MSNBC lost with out a leader? NO! Maybe they won’t carry on in the tradition of Tim Russert but what we will gain in return might be more valuable then we realize at this point. Looking back now, I say hit them harder, hit them low, they deserve it and the American people deserve a voice. We know full and well how dirty they’re going to start playing and I say it’s about time we had something to even out the playing field!

MSNBC Olbermann And Matthews Uncomfortable To Watch
I have waited for this night for months now and usually prefer MSNBC's coverage above all others as you might have guessed I'm what most consider to be a "Liberal". However I choose not to label myself as such. People are often times more complex then the labels and definitions will allow for. At the beginning of the coverage right out of the batting box, Keith Olbermann's introduction,"I'm Keith Olbermann, he's Chris Matthews" Matthews: "I'm Chris Matthews" Olbermann rebutted, "I said that already!" It was uncomfortable to watch from the very beginning. As the night moved on I wondered if the rumor mill spawned by the right wing bloggers pined it right with their sentiments about the atmosphere over at MSNBC. "This {news business} is great if you're paranoid" Olbermann stated, and his mannerisms reflected a man with personal knowledge that his colleagues despise him.
Chris Matthews performance was less entertaining then the wistful dance his come over rendered throughout the night. His flushed beat red face made one wonder if he'd be needing medical intervention at some point before nights end. While interviewing Bill Maher, Matthews inquired, that if McCain had Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty as his running mate, what chances would that ticket have with such an odd sounding name. Maher snapped back, "you'd have to ask Barack Obama." Matthews reacted as if that had never occurred to him with his infamous tone deaf laugh.
Joe Scarborough made his expected appearance and began spewing business as usual with his talking points straight from John McCain's campaigner play book. Either it was an intended off mic comment or an intentional jab at Scarborogh, Keith Olbermann interrupted, "Jesus Joe, why don't you get a shovel." Scarborough not able to grasp the concept of what Keith implied took the conversation in the wrong direction. However it didn't slip by Matthews who ended the segment with, "Well, are we done? Shovel for Shovel." Probably the most witty statement of the night. Scarborough with time to reflect over night pounced on David Shuster this morning. Scarborough mocked Shuster's claim to be an independent rather than a Democrat -- "I bet everyone at MSNBC has 'Independent' on their voting cards. Oh, we're down the middle now!"; then he chastised his colleague for repeatedly failing to show up for Morning Joe broadcasts. "You didn't show up three times in a row. Three times you slept through your alarm and not came [sic] on this show. Undoubtedly making Shuster the whipping boy for Matthews and Olbermann.
Luke Russert debut as the youth representative in their news coverage. Awkward and out of his element are the words that come to mind. Olbermann had to stop Matthews from interrupting Russert and I could feel the tension from my comfortable spot on the couch. This looming unpleasantness only magnified by Tom Brokaw's assessment of Russert's performance. Olbermann chuckled, I know I'm thinking the same thing. Olbermann referring to the pride he felt towards Luke. However Brokaw's chuckling at the beginning of the interim reminded me of a mocking sentiment towards the coverage Olbermann and Matthews where providing us viewers. This on the heals of a statement from this past week where Brokaw stated Matthews and Olbermann had, "gone too far" in their coverage of the 2008 election.
Between the technical difficulties and the shocking statements like Olbermann's admission, I'm beginning to sound borderline sycophantic on this" it did make for a most interesting night. I still long for a unbiased reporter like the late great Tim Russert and wonder if MSNBC is turning into the liberal alternative to Fox News. With all the conservative voices on the other networks maybe America does have room for this suggestive journalism. What do you think?

Censoring Your Reality
In this video, from August 4th 2008, Alex discusses in detail the serious issue of Internet censorship and how it is affecting us. The only winners of this censorship are the governments and corporate oligarchies who want to severely restrict our freedom of speech and our ability to acquire factual information from independent news sites. If you sit by and do nothing about the info you hear in this video, you are effectively kissing goodbye to the Internet as we know it. By 2012, the 'powers-that-be' plan to turn the Internet into nothing more than a glorified cable TV system where access to anything other than mainstream sites will be highly restricted - just like in communist China. We cannot allow this to happen. Only the power of the people can stop this. If we fail to voice our views on this issue NOW, the Internet as we know it will be gone forever and important sites like InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com will not be there for us anymore. I cannot stress enough how important this issue is. Please go to InfoWars.com and check out the links covering Internet censorship and you'll see what I mean. Copy and paste the articles and email them to everyone you know, including the mainstream news sites. Post the articles on MySpace and as many other forums as you can. You can also download this video and upload it to your channel and to other video sites. We need to make a big noise over this, otherwise they'll go full steam ahead with their plans to dismantle the Internet by 2012. Once the Internet is gone, it's gone forever, and there won't be any complaints departments to complain to when you want the old Internet back. The time to take action is NOW.
I tried to squeeze in as much into this video as possible but I had to omit some really important stuff - such as the interview with Paul Watson - who details some of the communist-style Internet censorship that is taking place in the UK right now. I for one will not sit by and allow this to happen. I don't want to get all my news from the likes of CNN, Fox and the BBC. I want to expand my world view, not limit it.
This is a serious call to action folks. This video needs to go viral as a matter of extreme urgency. Of all the videos I've uploaded to YouTube over the past 16 months, THIS IS THE MOST URGENT OF THEM ALL. We have now reached a huge crisis point in terms of our freedom of speech and our freedom to access information from non-corporate sources. We can either do nothing and just watch the Internet being dismatntled before our very eyes, or we can take action now and salvage what's left of the Internet as it stands today.
If everyone who watches this video rates it and shares it with their YouTube contacts, we can make our voices heard and together we can save the Internet. All it takes is for everyone to do SOMETHING, no matter how small. Please click on the "Send Video" link (displayed below the video itself), and send this video out to all of your contacts on YouTube. It'll only take 20 seconds of your time, but it will have a big impact in waking people up to what's being done to our freedom of speech and our freedom to access information. It took me a whole day to edit this video. All I ask of you is 20 seconds of your time to rate the video and send it out to your contacts. But if you feel as strongly about Internet censorship as I do, you'll also go to InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com and start pasting the articles on this subject all over the net. The links are provided below. Thank you everyone for your support, I appreciate it immensely.

What will they call this age? You decide......
As in every historical era known to man this age will be named. What are your feelings and ideas as to what this day and age will be known as? Keep in mind some of the past ages; Stone age, Bronze age, Medieval Ages “Dark age”, Renaissance, Industrial age, etc.. Reflecting upon what we already know, what is the appropriate term for this age?
